What do you mean remembers? I play it even today. Awesome game. With unit packs and upgraded AI it is still fun to play. Coded so well that it runs on 4K resolution. I play it since 1997, when it was released. Supreme Commander is cool too, but TA is just perfect for me.

I used to browse new player made units for hours.Then spent another many hours trying to make them all work together, fixing conflicts, reassigning weapons and unit codes, ect. Eventually got in to making my own units. I made a set of laser frigates for Arm and Core since the vanilla game didn't have any, just missile frigates. Also did a double barrel tank similar to the one from C&C. I could never play online, I always got zerged by lvl 1 units while trying to build up base defenses. I favored a turtle defense style of gameplay. Build an impenetrable fortress and build up a massive army while watching the enemy destroy themselves on my defenses then send out the horde of units to annihilate everything at once. Nukes are fun too. Build rows of them and just start launching nukes like crazy when you get 15 or 20 saved up. Fun times.

This is my all-time childhood favorite. Never played online though, I don't even know if you can. Same for my first fps, Quake III Arena. Never played online
