Nấm rửa sạch, cắt lát. Bông cải rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ. Trong chén nhỏ, trộn nước tương, dầu mè, tương ớt tỏi, đường nâu, bột bắp, nước và khuấy đều lên. Đun sôi nước, cho mì vào luộc chín từ 7 - 8 phút rồi vớt ra cho ráo. Đun nóng chảo dầu, cho tỏi, nấm vào xào thơm thì cho bông cải vào đảo đều đến khi chín mềm thì cho mì vào cùng nước sốt. Trộn thật đều, xào thêm 1 - 2 phút nữa là tắt bếp được rồi đó.
